Chi Phi - The Staff will be trained on it and we will facilitate that with Chapters on a rotational basis.
Chi Phi uses ASTP- every chapter gets the program on a 3 year rotating basis as a prevention education program
You mentioned that ASTP is best done in conjunction with other program and education. Are there any other topics you would recommend we include?
Within Pi Kappa Phi, when we implemented 2003 ASTP, it was clear by 2006 there was a gap in policy education and we launched into the "Ladder of Risk" program that we added to the mix. I am convinced policy education - in a fun format - has to be part of the mix.
We often see in addition to the mix some type of online new member education (e.g. EverFi, Plaid).
Thank you for this great presentation. I must Zoom to another meeting. I will watch the recording for the last 30 minutes of the presentation. Have a great day everyone.
Specifically with the norms clarification, I pull in statistics from our EverFi GreekLifeEDU data specific to Chi Phi so that we can have that to provide as well. I find they identify more there with that information.
^This is with regards to the statistics of people that choose not to drink, number of drinks a week, etc when it aligns with the ASTP data.
Is there an app that you recommend for tracking alcohol?
