Who qualifies as someone who can write a "professional letter?" Does it have to be a medical doctor?

Do we as the housing corp need to confirm there are no dog allergies amongst the other residents before allowing an emotional support dog?

What about family members that are medical professionals?

Practicing medical professional who is not a family member

We had 2 emotional support dogs during the pandemic. We scrambled as a Board to develop the policies and documentation. It was a nightmare!

Is there a limit to how many ESAs we can allow at one? Or CAN we limit the amount of ESA animals?

Do we also follow similar strategies when it comes to our House Directors who would request to have an ESA?

Does the Housing Corp have the right to tell the renter to remove an animal if the renter has just brought it into the building without any application and we caught the animal roaming inside the house freely? At least until the application and review has been done?
