Is your organization planning an in person event? If so, let us know date/location/expected attendance?

We're planning about 20 people this June in Columbus, Ohio. And we're planning about 200 people in Seattle this October one weekend with another 400 people in Columbus the weekend after.

(Using Hyatt Hotels for two of those programs and a Marriott property for the third)

We are planning about 20 people for a joint board/trustees meeting in the Philadelphia area in August. We'll be at a Doubletree.
